Our apartments have a full kitchen with dining area! Plenty of storage, plus we have mini storage available to rent on site.
Our amenities include a playground, basketball court, and updated onsite laundry facility. Conveniently located near major... bus lines, Walmart, and other shopping and restaurants. Gated Community, with onsite security.
We are pet friendly, however there are breed/size restrictions (large dogs will not be approved for upstairs units). We have a 2 pet max and require a $200.00 pet deposit. Service animals have no deposits and must be certified, spayed/neutered, licensed and have current vaccination records at time of lease signing. No aggressive pets allowed.
Application fee is $40 per adult (non refundable).
** One full month deposit is required. **
Renters Insurance is required.

Roach Infested Slum
I moved in several months ago and instantly regretted it. My unit is heavily infested with roaches. I have told management literally dozens of times. Initially management gave me a kit of over the counter pest control and I have also spent over $100 buying literally every kind of OTC pest control there is. The kit helped (a little) but I am still finding them on a daily basis. Now there are even little tiny baby roaches that I keep finding. All of my neighbors on both sides of the apartment... building in the 3 bedrooms and studios all complain about their roach infestations as well. I have many photos and the manager refuses to do anything. This entire building needs immediate professional treatment!!!

Nightmare
Don't fall for improved New Management. AC terrible..when moved in on last check maintenance man let me know it was missing filter..thus my 80+ degree anquish for over 3 months of waiting to get fixed correctly. Prior month water was pouring from it ruining personal possessions. More fun during those months..received continual harassment notices because electric too high..! Well sure because of cruddy unit! Then now fixed late Sept. I get notice to move a month early right before Christmas! I'm... a tenant who pays my rent on time early every month great rapport with our neighbors no problems ever here at my house.. but I have to leave!! And after being unemployed from covey for the last four months really nice...Yeah the new landlord is a real charm will smile on your face and stab you and lie to your back! In the meantime if you move here be worried about going back and forth to your car since there's drug dealers out in our parking lot that live here all day long and all night long! Yeah this place is a real charm stay away protect yourself not worth it it is a dump and horrible management!!!!
