Rundown Apartment, Bad Area, Poor Management
I had my car recently broken into while parked at these apartments. The apartments may look good on this site but trust me, after living here for almost 2 years now… it is not brand new.
Management does not do anything really but take rent, whenever prompted to do anything additional, they will drag their feet.
The only reason I got this apartment was because it was one of the cheapest, but after 2 different handovers from reality companies I’m not sure it will stay that way. They tried to... raise my rent by about $120 but I went and talked to them and they only raised it by $10
If you want a stress free, clean, organized, well-managed apartment then DO NOT RENT FROM THESE GUYS, im flabbergasted that this apartment complex had a 5 star review lol… glad to set the record straight and she’s some real light on the major issues of this apartment.

Management is bad
Been here for approximately 4 years now and since I've been here they changed the management. The people at the front are rude and not nice at all! When you go and ask a question or ask for maintenance they have a big attitude and act like you're not bright. Don't believe I will be renewing my lease this year.

Happy to be home !
I’ve lived at the standard Raintree about 4years. The property is well maintained. If you call the office they treat you like family. They make us feel loved with all they do for us. Thanksgiving, Christmas and many more get together which include dinner ( spread ) drawings for great gifts. Maintenance gets things done immediately. I would recommend this place to anybody !??

I can't brag on this place enough.The maintenance staff is knowledgeable courteous and quick to respond. The complex is very well maintained. The management staff is great and friendly. The kind of people I would be proud to call friends even if I didn't live here.We have a strong sense of community which the management supports by sponsoring numerous community events though out the year.The amenities are too numerous to list here. All the convenience of shopping is literally next door.The... neighbors are friendly and welcoming. In short I wouldn't want to live any where else.

Love it
Have been living here for 1 1/2 years, and love it. Everyone in the office is super friendly and the maintenance is always quick to get things fixed.
