poorly run property.

roach and mice in walls and property. management does not let tentants know when pest control comes and sprays exterior common areas which lead to my dog having multiple seizures licking it up. water leaks around property for years be prepared to pay for water and water heating at $300-600 a month. check bills had multiple bills doubled charged and over charged for same things. water has nasty smell out sinks smells like sewage water. no hot water for over a month and be prepared for maintance... request to be ignored. black mold painted over. tentants do not pick up after animals poop is everywhere. hallway lights do not work at all or turn on until 9pm at night. multiple homeless breaking into vehicles daily or empty units.i have cauht two just this week. i have bee sick almost entire time lived here from mold.

DON'T DO IT, please keep searching...

I lived at this property for a year and pretty much had issues the entire time I was there. The apartments are poorly built, very unorthodox, and have inconvenient layouts within some of the apartments, THE WALLS ARE THIN. So many ROACHES and FLIES I constantly had to spray and set traps and my apartment was facing the side of the parking lot the dumpster was on so often flies would get through holes in my window, it was pretty disgusting. Speaking of the dumpster, There was often homeless... people coming by and searching through the dumpster. There were several times when I was woken up by the sound of a homeless person digging through the garbage first thing in the morning. The parking lot and alleyway that has the gate to enter/exit are poorly kept, there was often trash scattered and broken furniture laying around which made it difficult at times to drive through the lot and the alley. A lot of the other tenants are very inconsiderate and noisy, I had to experience a lot of arguments/yelling and people blasting music at all hours of the night and day. I work from home so I often spend most of my time in my apartment and there was never a time that I got no more than an hour of peace and quiet. My neighbor who was in the apartment next to me was very noisy all the time and would often get into arguments at different times of the day, it got so bad it was occurring while I was working and my co-workers would be able to hear it during meetings. I complained to the office and management for months and they never did anything about it until the situation escalated and they had to kick my neighbor out but that took 7 months to accomplish. The water gets shut off almost every week and for the price of these apartments, you definitely do not get your money's worth at all because it is not like the location of the apartments is in a notable area to make up for the poor living conditions the closest thing in the area is the Topanga mall. I have lived in many apartments in many states across the country and unfortunately, this is the worse place I have ever stayed. It doesn't really seem like the management and people working in the office care that much either, It was rare I was even met with a sincere "hello" whenever I went into the office. I got so miserable that I did not even live there for my entire lease, I moved out with over a month left in my lease and still paid the rent just because I couldn't take it anymore. Please find somewhere else to live.

Great property and maintenance

This a wonderful apartment tucked in Canoga Park very close to Woodland Hills and Northridge. Great central location overall for commute to LA and Ventura. Easy access to supermarkets and lots of other stores and a Starbucks !

Maintenance orders are completed so well and in timely manner by Gilbert. He is very reliable and does a fine job ensuring tenants are happy and satisfied with all maintenance needs . He's a great asset to the property .

So far a great experience

My husband and I recently moved into twenty 2 eleven and it’s been great so far. Our move in was as planned with no issues, the apartment complex is maintained very well considering it’s an older building. The management and leasing team have been extremely helpful and accommodating from the start . It’s a quiet complex which is great. We look forward to using the pool this summer! Great work!

save yourself the trouble

dont move here you have been warned.

property manager is the worse (helen).

anything breaks or is not working hope your ready to wait for a month and a half for repair.

sketchy characters hang out at night by the pool, dirty parking lot full of trash and weird neighbors.

lots of bugs roaches and creepy crawlies its real bad.

you can move here if you want but i advise you to really scrutinize this place before you move in pay attention to detail. this place isnt worth it. they try to get...
you with this special or that and that they have a nice back drop dont do it!!
