Enclave The Club
Enclave The Club has been a nightmare of an experience. Enclave gives itself the title of luxurious living but its reputation is the complete contrary.
I resided at The Club for 17 months, breaking my lease after several unresolved issues from staff’s behalf. Parking is a headache, weekly vehicle break-ins, frequent elevator malfunctions, thin carpet, pest infestations, and non-existent quiet hours are just a few of many areas this complex fails to improve in. The local police department is... constantly on-site especially after dark. Loud residents/guests can be found by the pool or lounging areas year round despite the complex’s quiet hours and security team. Regardless of its elevated rent price compared to Enclave, The Club shares its amenities with Enclave meaning you will find a busy gym during most hours and overcrowded pool during summers. Often times, residents use the gym to give private lessons to clients, allowing non-residents to have access to the complex. Noise complaints get completely swept under the rug and never resolved; policies change abruptly to their convenience as a result. Resident Services (RS) finds ways to charge as much as they can at the time of your move-out. Although given the option by RS, hiring a cleaning company yourself will not guarantee you an exemption from an insane cleaning fee from The Club’s behalf during the last day of move-out. A painting fee is a huge gray area during the move-out process as well.
If you’re looking for a decent quality of life, I personally recommend renting elsewhere.
