If you have an option go elsewhere. Tenant above us moved out we got an in increase in bugs and took forrevverr to get the property management to respond with number for pest control. Then gnat swarms when tenant nextdoor left apt vacant for whatever reason (pest control confirmed they were the reason for gnat swarms). So bug whenever someone else moves out. 2.5 months to get a dripping faucet fixed and that was after the handle broke off and water spilled over the bathroom countertop and still... necessitated several emails to get a response. You will be ignored at times and will need to email repeatedly to get a response….eventually. If you work from home prepare to be interrupted by maintenance while on a call because no matter how many times you tell them they won’t remember not to just burst in and have problems with that whole concept of letting you know when they’ll come. #RescheduledAgain. I could go on but those are the main points. Good luck…
