Dry Creek Meadows Apartments

The staff is excellent! So pleasant and kind. The location is the best and very walkable! The apartment units are also quality. I've lived here for 3 years and have never had an appliance break! Unlike other apartments, I've never had any issues with noise or pests. I will be renewing my lease here again! If I could give this place more stars I would! This is by far the best apartment I have ever lived in! If you are choosing an apartment make your life easier and choose this place!

We just moved from north to Dry Creek Meadows a couple of years ago. A big move like us wasn’t that easy at that time. We hardly get any help. But once we start living here in Dry Creek Meadows, it is something amazing. From the first day till now, Dry Creek Meadows helps us a lot in our shifting. Their communication and the process were very easy. They helped us extremely.

If you are thinking of moving to Dry Creek Meadows, you can do it without any trouble. They are friendly and helpful always. We just shifted here 13 months ago. I am living here with my boyfriend like a little family. Though we faced some maintenance issues at the beginning. As we work from home and our ac is not working properly and leaking water so frequently; just after our complaint they took immediate action and fixed up the line. We had to face trouble for a few days for the maintenance... but after that, we didn’t face that much trouble. Everything was fine and the office staff were friendly. Lee mas

Dry Creek Meadows provides spacious apartment rooms. The rooms are good for work and comfort and long-term stay. The location is perfect and the service is exceptional as well. The rooms are very spacious and very properly maintained. I really like the staff and their friendly assistance and always ready to assist us. Perfect place to the city center. Extremely clean and very well kept serviced residences. Has an excellent internet connection and very professional staff. The manager is charming... and staff competent. A good residence for the job workers in Clovis. Keep up the nice work and hope to rent again for the long term. For everything else appreciate you so much to everyon Lee mas

The room is tidy, the kitchen and bathroom are neat and tidy too, equipment in the kitchen is excellent make me feel like at home. Great location close to 168 Highway, staff were friendly and got checked in very quickly and the apartment was in the same location at check-in. The experience in this apartment is very pleasant. Would definitely recommend.
