Pueblo Viejo Villas Apartamentos

This apartment complex had so much potential but because management couldn’t upkeep while it was still new it has gone downhill. It is so stressful living in an area where the other residents are dirty and no one does anything about it. I’ve been seeing roaches now and I am disgusted, I clean my complex everyday. And to top it all off we have a new bus station where the hobos love to hang out in the parking lot and wonder around making me feel unsafe. This place needs desperate help.

My mother lives here and it’s upsetting how upkept the property is. The trash can area is filled with furniture and the parking structures are filled with pigeons. The hallways are filled with pee and stains. Seems like no one is managing the facility.

Poorly managed, Poorly maintained. Trash everywhere and never picked up by anyone. Dog pee in the hallways and trash stains. It’s a free for all apartment complex and it’s a shame that coachella could never have anything nice. I’ve seen more up kept complexes that have been open for more years than here. I think Martha’s kitchen is probably cleaner than here. I hope this message is received by a higher up and they could come and see it for their own eyes and the people they allow to live here... who treat this place like a dumpster. Lee mas

Parking lot is trashed. Hallways are trashed. No curfew as stated in contract. People partying like they live in a house. Pee on walls, broken down cars in parking spots. Bugs.. beautiful surrounds but really bad up keep. It’s Coachella for you.
