Sunset Village Apartments

Casi 5 años ahí. Y hasta que llegó el gerente nuevo, todo a cambiado poco a poco. El muy amable, Respetuoso y educado! Desprotejo cada una de mis dudas. Viví tranquila! Trancan de solucionar lo más rápido posible!! Y muchas veces culpamos al gerente de los desperfectos cuando en realidad también nosotros como inquilinos debemos de vivir en orden en general. Poniendo y cuidando cada cosa. Para mantener un lugar limpio y habitable. Y tener una estancia agradable. No solo es responsabilidad del... gerente.. también de cada persona que desee vivir ahí. Yo viví muy cómoda .. lo recomiendo 10 de 10.. GERENTE MUY BUEN TRABAJO!!

I just Moved in Yesterday 03/16/2024 , Called Management TODAY ( 03/17/2024) , but receptionist said they were “ Busy at the moment”.

It's quiet but the parking is horrible and cars have been parked for almost a year. Management hasn't done ANYTHING ABOUT TOWING those cars. People have 3 or more cars and park ALL of them inside so it doesn't leave space.

The manager while Nita is one the best managers I've ever had. Whenever there is R issue she gets on it promptly and doesn't treat you like a number. Great personality and her customer service makes you feel like family. This is a perfect transitional property where the rates are low.

The apartments are very nice and spacious and the property is kept very clean I have been living here for a year and never had any problems the management team is very nice and they take care of the work orders very quickly. The manager is very helpful and she is always in the office ready to take care of the tenants needs the rents here are very reasonable my family and I are very happy here I would recommend these apartments to anyone that wants to live in a quiet and pleasant complex.
