Signature at Fairfield Apartamentos

I moved in a few years ago. There’s been three different managers and assistant managers. My upstairs neighbors stomp and drag chairs all day long. I’ve had ceiling issues from the things my upstairs neighbors do. Management does nothing. The current manager took away assigned parking so people around here park all their cars next to each other leaving you nowhere to park. The manager doesn’t care though as long as you don’t park where she park. When she’s here that is. People play loud music... sometimes from early in the morning to late at night. I have something done to my car and when I asked management to look at the cameras they surprisingly never see anything. I recent seen during a meeting that the cameras in this complex are crystal clear. Management says she know an officer in Fairfield but when things happen where’s the officer?! I’ve had a peeping Tom multiple times and they’ve done nothing. In my opinion Signature At Fairfield needs new management that’s not going to stay for a short period of time and that actually takes care of issues on the property. I’m giving this complex one star for lack of management and handling tenant issues. Lee mas

The interior and exterior of the apartment is very nice. It is a gated community with assigned parking. This is a non-smoking community and can be a inconvenience to people who do smoke. The neighbor dogs barks constantly. The water sometimes will be cold all day, such as sink and shower.
