A resident
It seems like every other week or so, the water is turned off...sometimes from 9:00am to 2:00pm...most times from 9:00am to 5:00pm. I thought we had the problem fixed and we went along for several months...now its back to the same thing! Residents are NEVER compensated for the loss of water (well, once I think we had dessert served)..in other words, we still have to pay out FULL amount of rent! I realize the pipes are old but that's not our problem...its the owner's problem! Why do we have... to go without any type of compensation? Our manager's hate it too but what can they do? Owner's need to put out the money to get the problem fixed....permanently!
