Tropicana Student Housing Apartamentos

I lived at Tropicana Gardens during my first year, and I absolutely loved it! The front desk staff were always super friendly and helpful. The RAs were also awesome—they helped me meet a ton of new people and made the whole college experience way less intimidating. I also stayed in a triple, and it was surprisingly spacious for a dorm.

Overall, Tropicana Gardens was a great place to live, and I definitely recommend it!

From the food, to the close proximity to campus, to the positive attitude from each of the staff, there isn't really much more you could ask for. The cafe was suprisingly very good and there is a pretty nice game room which I made use of pretty often. What I enjoyed most though about Tropicana was the RAs who seemed like they actually really cared about everyones well-being.

Would recommend!

The property is super close to UCSB's campus and practically near the center of IV. The amenities are great, especially with the addition of events happening weekly! Also love that it's furnished.
