Gorgeous views and more!

We've been at Portside for over a year now, and we couldn’t be happier! From the moment we moved in, everyone has gone above and beyond to make us feel taken care of. We love walking the promenade with our baby and taking in the amazing sunset views. The monthly events are a great addition, and the market days are our favorite. Portside itself is gorgeous, but the staff make living here worthwhile. A big thank you to Charmaine, Autumn, Clay, Rachel, Javier, Freddy, and Julio for making this... place feel like home!

I would not recommend Portside ever again (I did the first few months), especially no to having a business here. Businesses are led to believe there was management, community support as well as from visitors and that the management publicized and promoted the businesses. I have not experienced that, actually have been neglected to be kept abreast of events and promotions. And, there is no visability promoting Portside, people in Ventura don’t know it’s here.
