They increase rent every year between 50-100$. When we vacated the apartment after 6 years, they said we will be only charged for regular cleaning after inspection. But later on they put double charges for cleaning and added paint as well. They are highly dishonest and only after your money. They never take your concerns seriously

Leased for 2 years and i will not be staying for a third. I feel the price vs amenity ratio is poor. I did not feel my unit was ideal, cleaned or taken care of upon move in. The team is great, their parking and towing rules are draconian. I parked in the same place every day with a parking pass yet one day of a missplaced pass or a pass that may have fallen down will net you a quick 400$ tow fee. As this has happened twice you can imagine my dismay. I felt that they take record of your car and... give parking passes yet will tow you 1st night no warning. Lee mas

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the tour was informative. There were no issues with the process of getting set with the new rental, and the apartment was very clean. The place is in a quiet area of Lake Forest, only 10 min from the 5 freeway, just the right balance of tranquility and access. A big plus is the inclusion of all kitchen appliances, as well as the in-unit washer and dryer. The unit includes a small garage as well as a second parking space with a free permit. Yet another plus... is the fact that there are two pools and a workout area with new equipment. I was pleased to put hours upon hourse of searching to rest. If looking for a good value and good people in a safe area, give this place a visit. -Todd Lee mas

Siena Terrace is a good apartment for families. There are lots of children because of the elementary school near by. Each unit comes with pretty much everything from dishwasher, refrigerator, washer/dryer in unit, etc., Also, very pet friendly. The leasing office staff are really nice and all the services have been very attentive. One thing that I dislike about this apartment is that the parking is horrible. You get a garage and if you have more than one car per unit, you need to get a parking... permit or however many cars you have. The thing is that since it's very family orientated apartment complex, a lot of people use their garage as storage spaces and buy parking permits and park in the complex, which is a first come first serve as long as you have a permit. Let me tell you, there aren't enough parking spots for everyone so if you don't get home by 9pm, you are out of luck. You have to park on the street and walk up the hill. I wish they had assigned parking.

When I moved in I felt like this is my home. Neighbors friendly. Office people are great. Quiet and clean. My boyfriend and I love that this wS our first home together. Garage and washer and dryer included. If you are looking for a clean and homey place. This is it.
