Horrible place to live at. They tell you that it’s a gated community and that they have cameras to make us feel safe. But when things happen to your vehicle the cameras “aren’t working”. when I moved In My window was cracked and I had mold under my sink. They NEVER came to take a look at the mold. I had to email them about the screens on my windows because my windows didn’t have any when I moved in. I had an issue with my stove and they were going to charge me for the stove because one of the... burners wasn’t supposed to be there in the first place, but YET they let me move in like that. To reach them you have to call them multiple times because it’s really hard to contact them. I left my apartment in great condition and missed out on some of my deposit, when I contacted them they told me to contact their supervisor which I did. And I’ve contacted them and never got a response. So I decided to reach back to the manager who gave me the supervisors email and they’re not replying, it’s about to be a month and still no response.
