A dream of a property!

I have just moved from Italy, I am lucky to find this beautiful contemporary design high-rise which I enjoy immensely and enjoy the views, amenities and the team. I call my new residence, the dream!

Wonderful Management, Still Under Construction

I just moved to Los Angeles to finish up my fellowship program and was so happy with the service and amenities of the building.

The building is brand new and is basically still under construction and a new owner took over right as I left so there was some problems that came with that. My AC stopped working every other day and my water temp never got very hot. Also the size of the units are very small, I had one of the bigger ones and it still felt a little claustrophobic at times.

But the...
maintenance super, George, was great and always came same day to help fix any issues. Trevor who is the manager was always great to talk to, even with all of the issues going on the with building he did everything in his control to make sure we were all happy and safe. I agree with some of the other reviews I would stay again just because of him.

The Concierge team is also so nice and welcoming. Alejandro especially was a pleasure to talk to everyday. Though I wish the valet service would have started before I left.

Overall the rooftop is one of the nicest I have ever seen but the building definitely needs some work overall. That being said I will totally stay here again because I know that the staff will take care of me which is a rare thing to find. And once the construction is done this building is going to be perfect!

Terribly

I want to leave my negative feedback. Half a year ago I applied for a settlement and I received a refusal. They never returned the $1000 deposit. The manager Trevor doesn't even come out to explain why even though I've been to the office three times already. On my letters of which I wrote more than 10, he answered only 2 times that I need to wait and marked my letters as spam. I do not feel sorry for this $ 1000, keep it to yourself since they are more important to you than your reputation. But... the way you treat customers I want people to know!

Amazing Staff and Rooftop

I only stayed here for a few months and the name of the building changed during that time. But I absolutely loved my stay here! This is a new building so there were issues that popped up but the Manager, Trevor, was undeniably my savior and did everything in his power to take care of the issues and make me feel comfortable. The front desk staff were also amazing especially Peta who I always looked forward to talking to went I came home from my internship. I would 100% come back just for... Trevor and Peta, but the views are also the best views in LA hands down. It's alittle pricey for the size of the apartments, but the service is well worth it!

Beautiful building, great staff!

This is a brand new building with beautiful amenities. Most of the managers are great, especially Trevor, he is very responsive and cares about the residents. They've work out most of the kinks that come with a new building. The AC system was intermittently functioning but seems to be fixed. The concierge team is also great. Peta has been amazing!
