Dirty Hallways, Old Apartments, and a Management That’s Not Worth It.
I want to share my experience after living in this complex for a year. Many tenants trust what management says, but once the lease is signed, the reality is completely different. From the start, my experience went from bad to worse. Minor issues became unbearable, and management, already inefficient, became unresponsive. They ignored complaints about noise at 5 a.m., dirty hallways, and security issues. Emails and complaints went unanswered.
The elevators rarely worked, forcing me to carry... heavy items up the stairs for days. For over $3,000 in rent, this is unacceptable. The building itself is outdated, with poorly patched walls and old appliances that drive up electricity bills. Worst of all, management overcharges tenants for supposed “repairs” upon move-out. Despite painting the apartment and leaving it in perfect condition, I was unfairly charged a painting fee.
The lack of response and poor management were key reasons I did not renew my lease. If you’re considering moving here, research thoroughly. Don’t be fooled by staged photos. A bad housing experience affects your quality of life daily—don’t make the same mistake.
