Noise noise noise

If it were labeled a frat house, no problem. But they didn't. It's just drunk college kids and loud music. No staff or patrol for hours so they party on! And patrol only hangs in the lobby so don't call and expect a person to answer. If you are an adult, stay away!!!!!

Do Not Move Here!!!

Do Not Move Here! Worst office staff I have ever seen, I'm absolutely shocked how they ignore emails and calls. They will lie to your face and not follow up. They put on a good show to get you to sign the lease, don't fall for it. A class action law suit should be filed on this place with all the construction issues and water shutoffs (some times with out notice). Does anyone know a good lawyer?I recently had a water leak issue as the unit above flooded from construction. Maintenance entered... my unit and damaged my property and also used my clothes to clean up the water on the floor, seriously? Residents pay too much money here to be treated this way. People do your research and look for better places in the area, I would pay more for better service than be treated this way.

Resort Style Living

For those of you who like the finer things in life, this would definitely be the place for you. Minutes from Beverly Hills and The Grove - you wake up feeling like your at a holiday home everyday. Safe Environment surrounded but restaurants, shops and event a few museums within walking distance, car or no car - you can experience a lot of new things in this area. Easy access for bus-line. Everything is well managed, the staff in leasing office always available for you when you need them.

The Beautiful Preston Apartments

I've been living in this bldg for a 1 1/2yrs and so glad I got to live through the beautiful upgrades that this building now has. It's near The Grove and the Museums, loads of dining and a grocery store across the street.
These are the most spacious bedrooms plans I've seen in apartments. My master bedroom is huge and I have the 2bd larger floorpan. All the apartments are being upgraded with new washer/dryers. We have a large pool with new swanky seating and couch sectionals which make great...
for small parties with your friends and 2 bbq pits. They have an iPad bar & 2 mac computers in the lobby with seating for guests plus a business center with several computers. We have a brand new gym with new equipment & all the fixings. And the package concierge is an ultra plus for me to pick up all my deliveries 24hrs a day. Plenty of parking for guests on surrounding streets.
Maintenance is on duty all day and they are super friendly with everyone and get things done ASAP. The Mgr and leasing agents are always friendly and helpful. And the neighbors are always great, so many different people living here and I get along with everyone.
I love it here and highly recommend it for business professionals, entrepreneurs, small families and those who like to give the good life.
