Depends on your priorities
I've lived here over 10 years and have always thought the property was well-cared for by a team of caring people. That said, the focus has changed a lot with the times, including COVID effects, so many of the amenities are gone, but replaced by what is more trendy with the times and probably improved for younger residents. (I'm older in age but not in spirit!) Service is more automated via online everything. The personal touch is gone. The property is still well-cared for with safety projects... and attention to improvements. All in all, I'm still here even with rents having increased but they have everywhere. When I really needed some help, I got it by making myself personable to an employee here and she was personable right back. All in all, still like it here.

While we’ve embraced new amenities to meet the needs of a changing resident base, we understand how important that personal touch is and agree it’s something special that can’t be replaced by automation. Our office continues to be open 7 days a week so we can maintain the in-person connection with our residents.
