Unlivable - Speed Bumps Block Entrance
Poorly designed speed bumps were installed on the only road in and out of the Mirabella that scrape the bottom of most cars. This isn't a minor scratch--it's a very hard on your car. Sedans and all lower clearance vehicles could sustain significant damage every time they pass over.
The building management has attempted to wash its hands of the issue, saying a separate HOA up the stream did it and it's not their responsibility. Pretty lazy response to a problem that prevents residents from using... their cars. Read; not our problem, move on.
Mirabella is doing nothing to address a huge problem in their community. This is about speed bumps, yes, but they're so over the top bad that they prevent people from using their cars. And that's not a way to live in LA.
Really a shame--the maintenance staff is really friendly and I've never had a negative experience with them. It feels like they're the only ones who care about the property.
