Beachwood Townhouses

This is a 10 unit community. Each unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. The bedrooms are upstairs with a full bath. The living room, kitchen, and dining area are downstairs with a 1/2 bath. Each unit has a fenced-in patio area off of their sliding... glass door. Every unit is assigned a covered carport for 1 vehicle with a storage closet at the back of the carport. There is extra parking for a second vehicle on a 1st come first serve basis. Every unit comes equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, and range. There is a large closet pantry in the kitchen.
