Don’t rent here!!!
As a former resident of this complex, I have a few things to say. The good things about the complex it is quiet. The bad- the office staff are not very professional, don’t respond in a timely manner, and do not give adequate notice to residents about repairs or work that is being done, but lie on notices with past dates to claim they do, don’t hold to the posted office hours and don’t give any notice if the office will be closed on days other than Sunday. The maintenance does not seem to know... what they are doing or how to fix things properly, and will even ask you when you call the after hours number if you really need them to come over and fix it(heater) or if you it can wait until Monday. The ground are nothing special. The apartments are in need of updates and repairs, don’t keep heat/cool very well, cracks in walls, can hear what your neighbors are doing, low quality carpet and fixtures, and poor water pressure. For what you pay, you don’t get a lot , unlike other apartment complexes in the area who actually show some renter appreciation to their residents. Would not recommend this complex to anyone.
