When my family first moved into Broadstone RANCHO BELAGO, we were genuinely excited. The property is a new build, and we were among the first residents to occupy our unit. Everything—from the appliances to the amenities—was brand new, and the modern aesthetic reminded us of upscale areas like Loma Linda in San Diego. The initial impression was great.
However, after living here for a while, the initial excitement has worn off. While the complex looks polished on the surface, the build quality... leaves a lot to be desired. There are noticeable gaps in the doors to both the individual units and the buildings themselves. These gaps allow bugs—spiders, roaches, beetles, gnats, centipedes—to find their way inside. It’s been a consistent issue that detracts from the comfort of living here.
Security-wise, each building requires a key fob to enter, which is a plus in terms of safety. Unfortunately, this also creates problems for package deliveries. Delivery drivers often can’t access the building, meaning packages from Amazon or other services are frequently left in the open mailroom or not delivered at all unless they’re correctly placed in the parcel locker system—which doesn’t always happen.
All that said, Broadstone isn’t a terrible place to live. The location and amenities are decent, and if you can tolerate the quirks, it can still be a fair option for apartment living. Just know that the quality beneath the surface may not match the shiny new exterior.

Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful and balanced review. We're genuinely glad to hear that your initial experience with our community was a positive one—and that you appreciated the newness and design of Broadstone Rancho Belago.
That said, we’re... truly sorry to hear that your satisfaction has diminished over time. We take concerns about build quality and pest issues seriously, and we’re committed to addressing them with our maintenance and pest control teams. We also understand how frustrating package delivery can be when access is limited, and we’re actively exploring solutions to improve that process for all residents.
Your candid feedback is incredibly valuable—it helps us identify where improvements are needed so we can create a better living experience for everyone. If you haven’t already, we’d really appreciate the chance to speak with you directly and work through some of these concerns.
Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience.
