Cannot Complain
I have lived at the Terracinas for about a year and a half and so far so good. The complex is kept relatively clean and pretty. We have 2 pools (which is VERY convenient during summer weekends) and a mini gym that I have been to a few times. The staff is over all nice although I have heard some negative comments about one of the managers. The mainatance staff is beyond friendly. It is also very kid friendly. My only complaint is that every few months we find a cockroach in our house. If you go... outside at night you are sure to find a few and my guess is that they wonder inside my house, due to the gap under the door. But other than the occasional bug I am pretty happy!
