Termites, Maintenance, Marijuana
Here we go.... Since I've moved into this apartment I have seen nothing good from the maintenance or management team here. They have over 100 apartments here and dont stock any replacements in maintenance besides lightbulbs. I moved in 5 months ago and was missing my patio guard that most other apartments here have, so i spoke to maintenance and their reply was its on back order.... i now have had a broken dryer for over 2 weeks and the parts are also on back order so I can only imagine how long... that will take to fix. Ive sent emails and left voicemails to management and all Ive heard from Melanie is she will look into it but I havent seen nothing done. They just use the whole Covid thing as an excuse when I can go online and find the parts myself, its a joke. In addition to this my master bedroom now has flying termites Ive been in and out of the apartment because its disgusting and Ive told management and they said that they would schedule pest treatment but I havent heard of an exact date or anything on when this will actually happen, they dont care about the tenants or living conditions. I would also like to add if you like the smell of marijuana this is the place for you, in my case I signed the lease that does not allow marijuana on the premises but anywhere you go in the property youll be sure to find the smell lingering around the area. My advice, if your looking for quality of life where you can sleep at peace, look elsewhere this place has been a nightmare.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced and have been working to rectify the situations mentioned. Our office staff does their best to follow up with residents concerning appointments. If we are unable to get in contact with... anyone, a voicemail is usually left or we will send an email to confirm. Unfortunately some other items have taken longer to fix as there have been many set backs with current events causing multiple parts and material to remain on back order with the supply company we are able to order from. We are fortunate to have additional laundry facilities on the property and were able to provide a preloaded card at no extra cost. I know recently we were able to complete the mentioned repairs and hope everything is to your satisfaction.
