Disappointing Experience with Napa Green Apartments
My partner and I applied for a rental at Napa Green Apartments in August 2024. We were informed that our application was denied due to "insufficient income and limited credit experience." While we understood their decision, we were promised a $400 refundable deposit would be returned, as we did not proceed with the rental.
However, despite several follow-ups, we have not received our refund, and it has now been over three months. Initially,... we were told the refund would take 21 days, but after multiple calls and emails, we were given different excuses, including a "72-hour cancellation policy" that was never disclosed to us when we applied.
They have not only failed to refund the deposit but have also provided misleading information at every stage. The lack of transparency and communication has been incredibly frustrating. We are still waiting for our money, and it seems like Napa Green Apartments has no intention of fulfilling their obligations.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company. The lack of professionalism and poor customer service is unacceptable.
