Horrible place to live Siena apartments

We are now being tormented about putting anything on our balconies here , threatened with eviction if you don't comply, because they say it brings the look of the neighborhood bad.They don't care about our needs,I can't afford cable and they told me to remove my antenna, I have service dogs and they want them to slip through the wire mesh 4 floors down.Sad World when looks of a building overpowers the needs of the tenant.

THEY NEED NEW MANAGEMENT

I tried calling this place SEVERAL TIMES. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS. The owner of this place needs to hire new management. Sometimes when I call, they just pick up the line and hang it up. How is anyone suppose to get any information on this place. PATHETIC. HORRIBLE.
