Terrible management
In the past year and a half we received a new manager and the amenities and upkeep of the property have gone downhill. She has canceled many programs just to save money. She doesn't keep the "heated" pool at a constant temperature and many maintenance issues are overlooked. She is rude and disrespectful to the residents and her staff is clearly afraid of her. Many residents are moving out because of her. Although many of us have called the management company (Mesa Management)to complain,they do... nothing to help. Considering how expensive the apartments are, do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else! Their sister property in Fountain Valley doesn't have any of these problems! I guess that's why Emerald Isle currently has so many vacancies.
