Firstly, maintenance work often begins very early in the morning, which can be disruptive. For example, lawn maintenance frequently involves blowing dirt and leaves, which tend to end up on neighboring patios rather than being cleaned up properly. Additionally, I have noticed that issues requiring maintenance often take longer to resolve, as they rely on third-party services.

While the staff is friendly, I feel that follow-up on concerns is lacking. Furthermore, despite the property being... designated as non-smoking, I have occasionally detected the smell of cigarettes, and it seems that communication around this issue has not led to any effective action.

Lastly, the noise from the pool area, particularly during the summer months, can be quite loud, especially with children playing.

After three years, we decided to move, and it was the best decision for us. I would recommend potential residents to consider other options, such as those in the Livermore area, as I believe they may offer better value for the price.

Pleasanton Glen apt homes is a great place to live. Friendly staff and super accommodating to all requests. Easy walk to downtown Pleasanton!

I would not recommend staying here. The walls are very thin, so you can hear your neighbors tv or their dogs barking. There is constant movement in and out of the building, which may suggest underlying issues. Additionally, maintenance is either poorly managed or very inconsiderate, and the property manager does not inform you of maintenance being done in nearby units, which makes things very difficult. The unit is cleaned quickly and put up for rent right away. When moving in, we encountered... several issues, including a lingering smell from the previous tenant and paint splatters on the floor that are impossible to remove. We rented a three-bedroom unit but were only given two parking passes, which doesn't make sense for a three-bedroom apartment. Lee mas

Constant slamming doors all times of nights coming and going, maintinence people from hell who just want to mess with you. Thin walls to enjoy your neighbors shower every night at 2am and again at 4am. Fun times.

Great place to live, Karen and Miranda have been the best management ever(also the super is awesome too) ! Looking forward to jumping into the pools in the summer!
