Rudolph Hendrickson Senior Apartments

Convenience is the perfect word for this place. Everything is within 5 to 10 minutes of driving and it is a very quiet and beautiful place and very close to the mountain and it has all the amenities as the other apartments and definitely cheaper than other apartments nearby by 20% according to several sources.. Staff is friendly and fabulous. Neighbors are friendly. Restaurants, groceries stores, Starbucks, banks and many retail stores are within 10 minutes drive. Best of all, I am 8... minutes from work. Saves me tons of money due to the ridiculous gas prices nowadays. You cannot beat this, I am so glad I found this place. A very satisfied tenant. Lee mas

This property feels like home.
It has a park-like setting; mature trees, lots of lovely greenery and a beautiful rose garden!
It's obvious that Rudolph Hendrickson was conceived and built with seniors in mind, as amenities are ample and easy to access (laundry, elevators, clubhouse, pool, etc. There's even a mobile dog-grooming service!).
The management staff are organized, efficient; warm and friendly and ALWAYS accessible.
People who live here are a community.
The rental pricing is... affordable compared to most and everyone has designated parking.
