The Riverbrook Apartments

I was a potential tenant but for some reasons I ended up not going here this time. The on-site manager, Telicia, was helping me tracking the vacancies during the entire May. I contacted her more than three times a week on average, she was always patient and professional. I met more than 10 on-site managers in 2019, and Telicia made to my top 3 best list. Riverbrook definitely selected a right person to represent their property.

Avoid this place, I can't even say you get what you pay for. At this place you get less than what you pay for. The only redeeming thing about this place is that it is month to month so people can leave as soon as possible. There's the bugs, and pests, things break and homeless people try breaking into apartments; also don't be fooled by the pest control truck in the parking lot pretty sure he lives here, not works here.

Don't let the cheap rent get you. You get exactly what you pay for. A roach and rat infested dump. Not enough parking with the only alternative being to park on the street where your car gets broken into, which has happened to me. Our ceiling recently started leaking which gives the roaches a new reason to run rampant in our tiny studio apartment, not that they needed a reason. We are clean tenants, don't leave food or trash out, yet our constant barrage of bug bombs, roach gel, bait, and sticky... traps aren't enough to keep the roaches and mice out of our place. We've only lived here a year, but in that time have had the pleasure of having our toilet, bathtub, and kitchen sink spew sewage water everywhere. If I can save one person from moving in here, I might sleep easier. Lee mas
