Overpriced. Decent amenities. Nice community. Property management is attentive but Namiki are crooks and they will hike your rent up by 10% each lease renewal.

Complex is quiet. Pathways need to be leveled, cleaned and repaired, and pathway lights need to be fixed. Inside of apartments need to be cleaned prior to moving in. A few issues that need to be addressed when we have time.

The apartment is very clean and well taken care of very minimal small repairs necessary. They were very quickly addressed by the complexes amazing maintenance tech. Very friendly!

Feels dangerous with cars being stolen and constantly having their rims taken. We bought locks. Apartment was given to us very dirty. Our baby got locked in the room and the facility had no key. It was unbelievable.
