Pearl Creek Apartamentos

We lived there for a few years and would have stayed longer if the rent didn’t constantly go up dramatically each time we renewed our lease. The best part about this place is the maintenance Staff Jose. He’s super nice and works really hard. I feel safe walking the grounds at night and the location is great. We enjoy roasting s’mores at the fire pit as well as salt water pool. We did have an ant problem when we first moved in as the other reviewer mentioned but we got some ant traps and took... care of it ourselves with success. Hopefully we will get some of our deposit back. Don’t bother cleaning as they told us when we did pre-move out inspection that even if apt is cleaned well they will still keep a few hundred dollars of deposit to hire ‘professional cleaners’ so we’ll see (may need to update review depending on how much they keep as I spent A LOT of time cleaning the place. Had I been told beforehand they would keep a few hundred to ‘professionally’ clean the place I wouldn’t have spent all the time and $ on cleaning products and just did bare min). They will take your deposit and won’t care about you. Im sure they pay people or make fake profiles to give themselves 5star reviews.

We really liked living at Pearl Creek. We lived in a 2 bed 2 bath and always felt safe, and the apartment was well kept. When it was time to renew our lease, the new rent price was $448 more per month than what we were initially paying. They do not care about their current tenants, no matter their longevity or good standing. They care about the money. We moved out about 6 months ago and I can see they have since lowered their prices- I guess they couldn’t find renters to pay an outrageous amount... of money. Also probably why they have so many 2x2 available. While we were moving out, several of our neighbors stopped us to ask if we were moving out because of the rent increase as they were also struggling to figure out how they would pay the substantial increase. If you’re looking to rent for only 1 year, it’s a great place. Lee mas

Really nice and clean complex but you pay a lot for it!
You can get a house for the same 2/2 bb apartment,
I lived there for a whole contract 14 months and I liked it but I got my car broken into despite gated!!! You see homeless around the complex! Its free smoking facility but you see some tenants smoking and you smell weed smoke as well.
They really need to pay more attention to those incidents! People in the office are ok (they are here to spend their 8hrs)

Where do I start... Parking, there is none. You get one space per apartment and there is very little guest parking that is always full. Build quality...you hear every movement from the people upstairs. No insulation between floors. Literally can not relax in your own apartment. Management...they could care less about your concerns and complaints. Completely unresponsive.
