Don’t clean when moving out
I enjoyed living here overall, and the maintenance team was always great. Unfortunately, my car was broken into last Thanksgiving, but I believe that can happen anywhere.
When I moved in, the floors were not clean, but I didn’t report it because I was in a hurry to get settled. Cleaners did come the next day, but by then I had already cleaned the floors myself and unpacked. I chose not to mention it to the office at the time, which I later regretted given my move-out experience.
For anyone... considering living here or currently living here, my advice is do not spend time cleaning your apartment before moving out. Regardless of how clean you leave it, you will likely still be charged a hefty cleaning fee. They have a partial cleaning fee and a full cleaning fee (which does not include carpet cleaning). During my final walkthrough, the staff member said the apartment looked clean and only required some stainless steel touch-ups. Despite this, I was charged the full cleaning fee of around $275. I spent hours cleaning the apartment, so it was frustrating to receive the full charge, especially since the floors weren’t even cleaned when I moved in. I thought all other charges were fair.
That said, aside from the cleaning fee issue, I genuinely enjoyed living here and would still recommend the place. Just don’t waste time cleaning upon move-out, and if you do, be prepared for potential charges regardless of how spotless you leave the unit. I’ve included photos to show how clean I left my apartment.

We do recommend scheduling a final inspection if you plan on... cleaning the apartment yourself, as this allows us to review the apartment and ensure everything is addressed before you return the keys.
