Trouble Place To Live -Very BAD Administrators Management
"Fountain at Point West in Sacramento "
I feel it's important to share my experience at Fountain at Point West, where I have lived in Apartment #3024 from October 2018 to February 2025. Unfortunately, my time here has been marked by serious issues, especially concerning management under Sylvia.
First and foremost, security has been a glaring problem. Recently, my red Mercedes had a tire and wheel stolen, resulting in an $8,000 loss, which is particularly frustrating given that I was paying for... garage rent and utilities. Additionally, I have faced multiple incidents of theft, including groceries and over $2,000 worth of personal items. This pervasive lack of security has made life here increasingly stressful.
Furthermore, I have concerns regarding the management's response to maintenance issues. I have been dealing with a cockroach infestation for the last three months, and despite my repeated reports to management, adequate action was not taken until I decided to leave. Sylvia Arrezolla " Sylvia Azola@bridgepm.com" the property manager, has not demonstrated the level of responsiveness and diligence that residents should expect. The numerous complaints from fellow residents regarding similar issues underscore a systemic lack of effective management.
Additionally, I have paid for services that I was promised, yet the value received has consistently fallen short. Residents should feel secure in their homes and confident that their concerns will be addressed promptly, and unfortunately, that has not been my experience.
While I have appreciated certain aspects of living here, the overall management has failed to uphold basic responsibilities in ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback that prompts necessary changes for the benefit of current and future residents and iam not make sure the Management will Do Because I was really Suffering ."
