Kensington Park Apartments

I’ve been here since April 2020 and have had no issues. Maintenance is responsive and a great team of guys. The office staff is also very helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. They have been understanding and accommodating to my work needs when it comes to HIPAA compliance and them getting the inspections done that’s needed. My only wish, which is out of managements hands, is that everyone would be respectful of the property and treat it as if it were their private property. It would also be... nice if everyone had some form of “apartment etiquette”… but I won’t dream too hard. ;) Lee mas

Drew from Maintenace responded to my request at his first opportunity to do so! I have a wonderful impression of Kensington Park due to this first action following my new tenant "Walk-Through." My thanks to Kaia of the leasing office who immediately informed Drew of the noted need for a kitchen drawer adjustment! :)

It’s an overall decent community. Something’s could be done to elevate and make it overall better but i’m content with it thus far. I think the dog friendliness is a very appealing part. It’s generally pretty clean and the amenities are nice. I wish the gym was up and running though.

Our Move in was good and smooth. The staff has been cooperative. So far we like the Apartment. We are still figuring out the neighborhood. :)

Really great apartment had a small issue with shower being cold and maintenance came to fix it really quick. Kayla is the sweetest leasing agent ever. She answered all my questions and made sure my apartment was perfect before move in. Really great and spacious apartment. Not a lot of guest parking but that’s okay once you live here long enough you figure out what spaces aren’t being use. A lot of great places to eat and go out around the area
