RENTER BEWARE
We’ve lived here for 2 months and have noticed many issues with this property. For minor issues maintenance responds quickly(1-2 days). For urgent or safety issues, the property management does not take it seriously. We’ve had a major leak in our apartment for 3 weeks(reported instantly) and we are told to wait longer. When initially reported, nothing was done, no fans were installed, no inspections were done. Our electrical now doesn’t work which is a safety issue. Additionally the laundry... units(you have to pay to use) don’t always work so be ready to get your money taken. Good luck reaching out to the laundry company because they won’t respond. The leasing office will also tow your vehicle without letting you know. Be ready for some headaches if you signed that lease!!!
