Got up the first morning to no hot water!... Since then it’s a 50-50 chance if it comes out warm. Microwave very greasy, bottom of the fridge door rusty and filthy along with the bottom of the range. No seal on the bottom of the screen door and the ribbing that holds the screen in dangling. I guess as long as you don’t spend any time there it’s all right and the only attribute is being a half a block from the beach. We will be leaving this dump as soon as we can book A different place!
