Excellent!!
Under new ownership, maintenance is excellent. Place is beautiful and clean. I enjoy living here especially everything is so close!!

RED FLAG! BATES MOTEL IS BETTER!
This facility is HORRIFYING!
Water heater is always going out. Appliances are OLD! Maintenance is NON-EXISTANT! No air conditioning upstairs, I bought wall units but you cannot run them both at the same time because you will blow the electrical circuit. Spa is RARELY working. Never any parking for guests. Carpet is old. Owners are bullies and have ZERO regard for their tenants!
DON'T BOTHER, YOU WILL BE MISERABLE HERE!
