We have available a private bed and bath in our 2 bedroom apartment, in a modern SF Soma luxury apartment (top 10% of Soma), right across the street from AT&T Park. Great amenities including gym, pool, and BBQ. Convenient location to Caltrain, muni, and restaurants. Neighborhood is super safe and building is gated with 24/hr doorman. You're walking distance from Embarcadero and Ferry Building. This guest bedroom has a queen sized bed and plenty of closet space. We will have clean sheets and towels for your arrival. We also have storage space for your luggage if needed. Bathroom has shower with great water pressure. We are a married couple living in the master bedroom and are usually out of the apartment, so you'll have as much privacy as you need. We love exploring the city and welcome you along. We have a well stocked kitchen and fridge. TV is Netflix/Hulu. And the building has BBQ, gym, and swimming pool / jacuzzi. Interaction with Guests We're a friendly couple and would love to hang out as much or as little as you like. We're both usually out during the day and weekends. We cook dinners often at home and you're welcome to join us. The Neighborhood We're in a great neighborhood right across the street from AT&T Park, home of the SF Giants. Building is 5 min walk to CalTrain station, and right next to Muni public transit, and Safeway. There's plenty of restaurants nearby (including my favorite Umami burger joint.) Area is very safe and the building has 24 hr staff. Getting Around Plenty of public transit, including Muni, CalTrain, and city bikes. Other Things to Note Please note there's no parking included.
