Delphine on Diamond Apartamentos

I've been living here for many years and it was quite LONG overdue for a full gutting and facelift...

Richard, Sean, and Michael continue to make life here so much better.

More improvements in the works, but thanks everyone for making massive strides!

We are long-term tenants at 5285, and the building has much improved with the new Management Company and remodel that is almost completed. Office staff go out of their way to be helpful and Maintenance (thanks Sean and Jose) are quick to respond to all requests. Dog owner heaven as there are 3 parks within 3 blocks. With Safeway, Walgreens, great sushi and a Post office across the street make for easy living.

I’ve been living at Delphine on Diamond for years and love the building and it’s location. It’s convenient to shopping, buses and Glen Park BART, walking, pet parks, and yet it’s a quieter area with a more neighborhood feel than a lot of the city. Here, the office staff and maintenance staff are excellent. They have quick responses, are friendly and wish to do it right the first time.

Our Maintenance Manager here at Delphine on Diamond, Sean, has recently completed several maintenance requests in my apartment. I decided to write this review, because in the forty years that I have lived in this apartment community, since 1982, he is definitely one of the best maintenance personnel we've ever had. His work is always top rate, response times are quick, he leaves the area looking totally clean, and overall is very professional. It's quite evident that he cares a great deal about... the property. Sean's great dedication to customer service excellence is to be highly commended.

In addition, Delphine on Diamond is located in one of the few San Francisco neighborhoods that has free street parking: with no expensive permits or parking meters. Plus, just across the street, there is a convenient shopping center with a post office, grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants and much more. Lee mas
