Rude and incompetent property management
Made my application process a nightmare. I provided everything they needed. I sent my paystubs and ID copies in one email. Says did not receive paystubs. I show the prove and send it again. This is not a big deal in itself. But she calls me again the next day that I did not provide previous landlords, I told her to look further in the form and she confirmed (check it first before you call to blame me). Here is the boiling point: she says there is one more rental I did not report. I explained to... her that it is a temporary place I subleased for two months. I don’t know the contacts of the landlord. I have other landlord details for the last three years where I stayed at least one year and signed lease agreements. Instead of suggestion for solution she barks at me believing by speaking louder and louder can convince me. I could not finish my explanation without her interruption, at which point I gave up and withdrew my application.

I do apologize that you had a difficult time with our application process. We do require the last 6 concurrent paycheck stubs and 3 current/previous consecutive years of rental/mortgage history, including temporary housing and/or staying with... friends/family. Management has advised the Leasing Consultant on proper etiquette when speaking with applicants. We hope you were able to find an apartment that better suited your needs.
