Ignored, Dismissed, and Forced to Live With Constant Noise
I’ve been a resident here for several years and, until recently, I had no major issues. Unfortunately, things have gone downhill after a recent management change.
There is a known boiler issue on the roof that causes constant, extremely loud noise. Management has acknowledged the problem but has stated they “can’t justify replacing it because of the $30k cost.” As a result, residents are left dealing with ongoing noise that seriously impacts quality of life.
Communication has been terrible.... Emails have been ignored since November 30, 2025, phone calls are not returned, and when contact does happen, the property manager is dismissive rather than helpful. It’s frustrating to feel brushed off when raising legitimate concerns about livability.
It’s disappointing to see a place that was once well-managed decline so quickly. I hope ownership takes these issues seriously and improves both maintenance and communication going forward.
