Nice place to stay but coordinating move-ins are difficult there is no designated loading dock or elevator that you can block off for safe and timely move-ins. From my experience when I make a maintenance call they rarely show without me going by the office to make a complaint. At this time I am still waiting on maintenance to come fix my refrigerator and it’s been 3 going on 4 days now

Do not stay here

I am in disbelief at the monthly cost of the trash disposal. I live in a studio apartment and there are several months that I have paid over $100 for trash.

The building has nice amenities, but they are closed often, and many of the TVs have been removed from the amenities or do not work.

Don’t let them full you with all of the glitz and glamour. Run run far away from Broadstone Arden
