Wonderful
This apartment complex is perfect for people who want something relatively close to Ventura Blvd, as well as something that will make you feel safe. As a single female I feel completely comfortable walking down the neighborhood at night and the walk to downtown life is 7-10 minutes. It's extremely close to the 101 which is a huge plus and it's dog friendly! The apartment manager also seems like a really good person who in the end will look out for your best interests. The only complaint I can... think of at this point is the tandem parking, but it's honestly worth it for all the other benefits you get!
