Owner/Property Management is Bad!
Property looks good but lots of hidden costs(have to pay trash, gas, and water $120+/month), management is cheap on repairs and will always raise rent 10%/year. Whenever something breaks, it takes months to get replaced or fixed and management doesn’t care how inconvenient things become for residents. On site manager is good but the company will not respond on major issues and has no customer service line, only emails which they rarely answer. Building in the middle of a 3 month roof and stucco... repair, lots of dirt and noise, all because management got fined for ignoring the issue for years.
