Good location but cheaply built
The apartments are very cheaply built. The sound insulation is extremely poor to where I can constantly hear my neighbors conversations, not just next door but also below me. Even when you have all windows and doors closed, the sound from your neighbors will still be clearly heard.
The apartment manager is nice but the poor insulation means you're not constantly hearing noise, but your utility bill will surge since it's impossible to keep the apartments warm during the winter. The neighborhood... is nice, but they continue to raise the rent without improving the buildings. For the price point, I'd definitely look elsewhere.
