These apartments were great to live in. Was here for 3 years and had an amazing experience. Best experience I’ve had at any apartment complex. Property manager and maintenance man were always very helpful and very understanding. Would highly recommend!

My husband and I lived at Northview Apartments for two years as we began married life together. It was a wonderful first home to rent and we have no complaints as we've since moved in order to make room for a baby. Kevin, who manages the property, is very approachable and easy to reach by phone, email, or in person. His brother does most of the maintenance and upkeep and is also extremely helpful. They're extremely thoughtful and care about their residents as well, and Kevin even brought me (and... the other mamas in the complex) flowers on my first Mother's Day, and my baby hadn't even been born yet! Northview is relatively small and located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, making it a peaceful place to reside. It is located across the street from Emanuel Hospital, and is also walking distance from downtown Turlock, the canal walkways, and also a new coffee shop located in the recently constructed medical plaza across from Dutcher Middle School.
This is a great starter home for renters who are college students, young married couples, retired folks looking to downsize, or the elderly. You can't go wrong renting at Northview Apartments. My only qualm and warning would be that you won't want to leave!

You will not regret moving into Northview apartments!! The manager Kevin is friendly and outstanding . He definitely takes pride and enjoy in his property. You will rarely seeing any homeless people digging through the trash can or even walking through the complex. The complex is very quiet and well kept. Great walking neighborhood around the complex and grocery stores and coffee shops within walking distance. Would recommend to all ages to move in !

Great management and maintenance. Always on top of things and friendly community. Very well kept and quiet. Would highly recommend! Property owner Kevin, was awesome!

I lived here for almost a year and enjoyed my time at the complex. And, to clarify, this complex is not located in a rural area as the description says but in a residential area and one of the best in central Turlock accessible to everything and in a good neighborhood. The complex is quiet (no pets, no college students, few kids) and exactly the right size. The manager is a great guy and goes out of his way to deal with issues, not that there were many of them and certainly I had no... complaints. It is hard to find good, reasonably priced places in Turlock and this is one of them, a real gem.
