Terrace Pointe Apartments

The service is very bad at all hours and problems with all those in the office never answer the maintenance staff conspicuous by their absence only on the phone they pass but when they are called they do not answer and problems with cockroaches the old airs do not work on the doors and windows unsealed, so it is hot or cold, the air feels inside the washers and 8 of them 2 or 3 serve the rest nothing and the dryers do not heat anything so for a wash, what do you spend hours waiting for ?????

I wrote a much longer review explaining in detail the issues here. To sum up: Roach problem, no management on site (can't tow when someone randomly parks in your space), old galvanized water pipes (so much rust!), water is turned off without notice, the people in office don't answer phones and the mailbox is always full, neighborhood is bad. Keep looking

I've been here two years in february the rec room have never been open; there id 8 washer and dryers for over 30 apartment (on this side)multi family with kids in a one bedroom (i really understand time are really hard. We are regrouping but i can afford the whole rent if dhe ever dosent hsve her part. And we live in a 2 bedroom 2 bath; they never pressure wash parking lot you're force to wslk tgriugh and this last issue carefully there is rust all the you have to... run and the water pressure is the worst we shower and bath in one bath. Our only saving grace is we feel save around the neighbord we have. Most poor oeople have hearts by the way we pay $1316@ month Lee mas

I visited this apartment community, and it is Beautiful, Very clean and it feels so serene when you walk in. I Loved it! The office staff is very friendly and helpful.

Staff is friendly on too of things walking in I was a little nervous but was easy to do business with shown te whole complex and felt right at home and great value.
