The new management team is attempting to do a good job with the administrative tasks of sending correct Monthly Statements to me. Even though I signed my lease renewal after it was over 6 weeks late, and thought this month’s Statement would be correct, it wasn’t. Hopefully the women who has been been working to correct the past, will be able to correct the statement quickly. The accounting problems took months to be addressed, and really gets a lower rating than I gave.
The good news is that... the new maintenance person and she decided to call in an outside furnace repairman to get my furnace to light after they were unable to. Very smart decision!
