Terrible Leasing Office and Maintenance
Had a hole in my ceiling for 2 years which was never fixed. They just glued a board over the hole. The board fell down multiple times. They only screwed two screws in a square board. What a joke. I paid for a parking spot in the garage. Then they changed the rules and now have reserved spots. So even if you pay for parking it is completely random if you are able to find parking or not. Unless you pay a ton extra to reserve a spot. Half of the spots are not reserved. So if it snowing and there is... no parking, you have to park outside even if there is open unreserved spots. You will get fined and towed otherwise. You're rent is a lie and will be raised an incredible amount each year. Terrible maintenance and the leasing office won't even answer the phone half the time. Elevators are broken a majority of the time.
